1. Who we are

KenLister ("we", "us") is an eBay listing tool. Our registered address and contact email is privacy@kenlister.com.

2. What data we collect

3. How we use your data

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• eBay — listing publication via their API (eBay Privacy Policy)
• Google Gemini — AI-powered listing descriptions. Images are sent to Google's API for analysis (Google AI Terms)
• Sentry — error tracking (anonymised stack traces, no PII)

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

• Access — download everything we hold about you: Download my data
• Erasure — permanently delete your account and all data: Delete my account
• Portability — your export is in JSON format, machine-readable
• Rectification — contact us to correct inaccurate data
• Objection — contact us to object to any processing

To exercise any right, email privacy@kenlister.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Data security

eBay credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

8. Changes

We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy.
