Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

KenLister provides tools to help you create and publish listings to eBay. We are not affiliated with eBay Inc. You remain solely responsible for your eBay account and any listings you publish.

3. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use KenLister to:

List counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items
Violate eBay's policies or terms of service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
Resell access to the service without our written permission

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

6. Listing limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly listing allowance. Unused listings do not roll over. If you exceed your allowance, you will need to upgrade to continue publishing.

7. eBay credentials

You grant KenLister permission to use your eBay API credentials solely to perform actions you explicitly request (creating, editing, and ending listings). We do not use your credentials for any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time by removing your credentials in Settings.

8. AI-generated content

Listing titles, descriptions, and categories are generated using AI (Google Gemini). You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI output.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, eBay API outages, or third-party service failures.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KenLister's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

12. Changes

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
